RATES & BOOKING

Child Policy:

- free of charge for 1 child/room (aged under 10 sharing the same room with parents, No extra beds )
- Child aged 4-10, there is 50% meal charge of adult price : Child aged under 4 for meal: free of charge.
- Incase of family with 2 adults & 2 children (aged under 10), at least 1 extra bed( Include Breakfast) is compulsory.

Cancellation

- Cancelled on Weekday booking : least 7 days
- Cancelled on Weekend , high season booking : least 10 days
- Cancelled on Peak Season, long weekend booking : least 15 days
- Weekend and high season: Booking requires 1 night non-refundable deposit in 10 days prior to arrival date.
- Peak Season, long weekend,: 50% of voucher non-refundable deposit in 15 days prior to arrival.

No show Policy :

- Not refund

Refund Policy :

- In case of refund, 7% charge will be deducted for refund fee.
